Richard Feinberg

RICHARD FEINBERG is Professor Emeritus in the Graduate School of Global Policy and Strategy at the University of California, San Diego and a Distinguished Fellow at Florida International University. He has previously served as Senior Director of the National Security Council’s Office of Inter-American Affairs, as President of the Inter-American Dialogue, and in the Treasury and State Departments. He is the regular reviewer of works on the Western Hemisphere for the Recent Books section of Foreign Affairs.
