Michael Kofman

MICHAEL KOFMAN is Senior Fellow in the Russia and Eurasia Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and a Contributing Editor at War on the Rocks. He previously directed the Russia Studies Program at the Center for Naval Analyses and was Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Center for a New American Security.
