Meghan L. O’Sullivan

MEGHAN L. O’SULLIVAN is Jeane Kirkpatrick Professor of the Practice of International Affairs at the Harvard Kennedy School, where she leads the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Council on Foreign Relations. During the George W. Bush administration, she served as Special Assistant to the President and Deputy National Security Adviser for Iraq and Afghanistan. She is the author of Windfall: How the New Energy Abundance Upends Global Politics and Strengthens America’s Power.
