M. E. Sarotte

M. E. SAROTTE is Marie-Josée and Henry R. Kravis Distinguished Professor at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and Local Affiliate at Harvard’s Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies. Formerly a Professor at Cambridge University, she is the author of Not One Inch: America, Russia, and the Making of Post–Cold War Stalemate.
