Dalia Dassa Kaye

DALIA DASSA KAYE is a Senior Fellow at the UCLA Burkle Center for International Relations. Previously, she was a Senior Political Scientist and Director of the Center for Middle East Public Policy at the RAND Corporation. She publishes widely in leading journals and policy outlets and is the author of Talking to the Enemy: Track Two Diplomacy in the Middle East and South Asia and Beyond the Handshake: Multilateral Cooperation in the Arab-Israeli Peace Process.
