Chris Miller

CHRIS MILLER is Associate Professor of International History in the Fletcher School at Tufts University and Nonresident Senior Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. Previously, he was Associate Director of the Brady-Johnson Program in Grand Strategy at Yale, Lecturer at the New Economic School in Moscow, and Visiting Researcher at the Carnegie Moscow Center. He is the author of Chip War: The Fight for the World’s Most Critical Technology.
