Alexander Vindman

ALEXANDER VINDMAN, a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, is Director of the Informed American Leadership program at the VetVoice Foundation. From 2018 to 2020, he was Director for European Affairs at the U.S. National Security Council, having previously served as the Political-Military Affairs Officer for Russia for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and as an attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. He is the author The Folly of Realism: How the West Deceived Itself About Russia and Betrayed Ukraine.
